If you are in a “people business”, and aren’t we all really, those within your company who interact with your clients and potential clients need to have certain strong traits.
Your staff need to be visionary, empathetic and enthusiastic. They need to understand not only the “what” but also the “why” behind your clients’ needs. They need to be able to see beyond the immediate situation, to anticipate the future requirements that your company can fulfil. They need to share and add to your clients’ excitement.
They need an unwavering belief in your offering. When they hold that belief, it is a very simple matter of transferring it to their clients and there is no need for sales talk. The clients will be wanting what you have to offer.
The fact is, these traits can be developed, but not everyone is convinced of that fact.
In my talk, I use hypnosis to demonstrate the power of these traits.
I use willing volunteers from your workforce, people who are well known within your company, and together we demonstrate the positive power of the unconscious mind.
Sometimes the demonstration is humorous (although no one will be clucking like a chicken!) and every time it is amazing.
Since hypnosis is being used, for the best effect, a reasonably large audience is required. Sixty is a minimum.
